Tidewater Gardens B1 (Blocks 4, 5, and 6) will be a mixed‐income 81‐unit family community comprised of 1‐, 2‐, 3-, 4- and 5-bedroom units. While still in the early stages of conceptual design, the current plans include a combination of multi-family and townhouse style units. TWG B1 is currently slated for 8,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space.
