Tidewater Gardens B2 (Blocks 2, 3A, 3B and 11) will be a mixed‐income 110‐unit family community comprised of 1‐, 2‐, 3-, 4- and 5-bedroom units. While still in the early stages of conceptual design, the current plans include a combination of multi-family and townhouse style units.
