Block 19 Apartments will be a 72-unit, four-story building serving seniors. Building exteriors are modern but respectful of the low scale residential surroundings of the site. The 2,600 square foot amenity space will include a community room kitchen, fitness room, computer lab, classrooms for service providers, conference room, leasing office for on-site management, and maintenance storage. Additionally, the site will include outdoor gathering with 40 spaces of convenient on-site parking.
Block 20
Block 20 Apartments will be a 120-unit development consisting of one mixed-income four-story building. Building exteriors are modern but respectful of the low scale residential surroundings of the site. There will be 12 ADA units in the project in 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom configurations and 3 units for sight and hearing impaired. The property will include both community and amenity space totaling around 3,600 sf and will include a community room kitchen, fitness room, computer lab, classrooms for service providers, conference room, leasing office for on-site management, and maintenance storage. Additionally, the site will include outdoor gathering, playground, and with 58 spaces of convenient on-site parking.
The property includes 7,300 sf of retail space along Church and Wood Street that will provide commercial bays for rent by neighborhood and community serving groups.
