Blocks 10 and 16 Apartments will be a mixed‐income 111‐unit family community comprised of 1‐, 2‐, 3-, 4- and 5 bedroom units. There are 10 buildings, Block 16 will be a single – 3 story building with 49 units.. The site will include 56 spaces of convenient on-site parking and 24 spots on-street. Block 10 will include 61 units across 9 buildings – walk up apartments and townhomes. Block 16 will include 2,700 square feet of micro retail space and a 14,500 square foot public plaza, block 10 will include 6400 square feet of playground space.
