Block 9 A1 Apartments is a mixed‐income 80‐unit family community comprised of 1‐, 2‐, 3‐ and 4‐bedroom units. There are 3 buildings; 75 units are in a multi‐family building and 5 units are in 2 carriage house buildings. The multi-family building will have a brick exterior with modern accents. The carriage houses will be modern in style with large windows, sloped roof designs, and various articulations to add interest for the pedestrian. The 2,200 square foot amenity space will include a community room and flexible space to accommodate work spaces, group classes, wellness activities.
